On Wednesday 9th November over one hundred Year 5 and 6 students from many of our partner primary schools visited The Purbeck School for an afternoon taster session in Computing.
The students, enjoyed coding using Micro: bits to create small games. The students approached each task with curiosity and an open mind. We were all thoroughly impressed with the students’ engagement and enthusiasm in every task. The session then established into the students developing their code further to enhance the games that they had created. They took great joy in sharing their creations with their friends.
The standard of the work produced was really fantastic and we look forward to working with all of these talented students again in the near future.
