After school yesterday, Year 6 and 7 pupils from our partnership Primary schools and their parents visited to get a taste of History, Geography and RE lessons.
The pupils had great fun; the three taster sessions they attended allowed them to learn what cave paintings can tell us about how our prehistoric ancestors used animals, about vulcanology (that’s volcanoes, to non-Geographers!) and about difficult moral and ethical decisions…could you justify your own place on the last rocket ship to leave a dying earth?
It was a pleasure to meet these great pupils…
